Twice a year Hewitt Pottery invites everyone to the pottery for an Open Studio event we call a Kiln Opening! It’s a fun chance to see the massive pottery kilns, the big barn showroom, and shop for beautiful handmade pottery.
Holiday Kiln Opening 2024 (Open Studio) Friday, November 29 10am-5pm / Saturday, November 30 10am-5pm/ Sunday, December 1 noon – 5pm
Choose from a large selection of cozy mugs, dinner plates and cereal bowls, little bud vases and tall elegant ones, useful pitchers, lidded jars, serving bowls, platters and more made by master potter, Mark Hewitt. Several of Mark’s signature ‘Big Pots,’ his life-size vases, jars and sentinels, are also on display.
