Chatham Artist Guild presents our 28th Annual Studio Tour Brochure and Artist Directory.
Tour Brochure by the Numbers
– 15,000 brochures are distributed to over 100 locations both locally and regionally. Included areas are Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Pinehurst, Sanford, Greensboro, and more.
– For the last 28 years, according to surveys, studios in Chatham County average over 3000 visits the 1st two weekends in December.
NOW with our Brochure Directory AVAILABLE ONLINE, it means that in addition to our 15K printing and distribution strategy, your advertisement can be a yearlong presence on our website!
Online access extends the shelf life of our printed brochure. Patrons can hang on to their directories and look up artists, art, advertisers, and sponsors long after the tour is finished. We would love to have your business represented in this year’s print run and online presence!
This year’s brochure will offer a new style and shape consistent with our insert in last year’s Chatham Magazine. New ad sizes have changed. There are 6 ad sizes to choose from this year. The sizes and pricing are available on the Ad Sales Form.
You can also choose to let our designer reuse your ad file from past years. A 1/6 size ad will convert to a 1/9 size ad this year. A 1/3 page converts to a 2/9th size ad this year. (See the attached size comparison chart.) Because of the size difference, small type may not be as legible.
IF you’d like to create a new ad and don’t have a graphic designer, an ad sales rep can suggest some for you to contact.
You may choose to ONLY prepay for your ad space at this time, but your reservation for ad space will not be complete until we have your completed purchase agreement with your AD file, AND a confirmed payment.
