My photography reflects the emotional moments I see in the wild, especially animal mothers, their young and behavior. I also enjoy photographing landscapes, birds, flowers and butterflies. For years I directed a nonprofit serving the disabled and homeless. There is a connection between my nonprofit work and photography – humans and wildlife needing a voice so that their value and reason to live and exist is heard and seen – in the courtroom and in the wild through my photographs.
I am an ethical wildlife photographer and do not use bait or any other practice that endangers my subject. Patience and observing behavior give the most satisfying and realistic results! I do not personally print my photos but choose printers who use archival quality materials and ink.
