I make art for the joy of discovery and to share light with the world. Every time I enter my studio I feel a shift in consciousness and my motto is “I wonder what would happen if…” It is the most fun I know how to have and I am never happier than when I am creating something. Time ceases to exist for me when I am in the studio and I am transported to an amazing world of color and shape and possibility. There is no judgment in this space and I am at peace here. I started out painting with oils, moved to acrylics and am now totally in love with alcohol inks. I am curious and have spent countless hours on You Tube and doing online courses, along with Art of the Carolinas every year up until the pandemic.
